Meet Abby Smith

I decided to start this business because at some point in my life I have probably been where you are right now.

 

I've been obese and wanted to lose weight. I've been slim and wanted to put on more lean muscle mass. I've been at a healthy weight but wanted to learn to eat a less processed, more whole foods diet and feed my family in the healthiest way possible.

 

I've worked through training and weight loss plateaus. I've made excuses, quit more times than I want to admit and had to start over again and again! All along the way, I have been learning from my mistakes and successes and falling in love with the process of helping myself and others with their fitness and nutrition.

With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am capable of creating a fitness or nutrition plan that will help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. I love combining my areas of expertise in fitness and nutrition to set you on your chosen path to overall health and wellness, or we can really focus our energy on one area at a time. I will work closely with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
